Information we collect
When you contact us, request a quote, or send an employee time-off request, we collect the information you provide. This can include your name, email, phone number, company, shipment information, position, requested dates, and message.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, discuss and provide transportation services, and review employee requests. Please do not include payment details, government identification numbers, medical details, or other sensitive information in these forms.
Service providers
Website hosting and form processing are provided by Netlify. Submitted information is available to authorized personnel who handle the request. We do not sell your personal information. Tracking and driver application links open separate services, which have their own privacy notices.
Cookies and embedded services
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and actions such as shipment-tracking clicks, portal sign-ins, and successful inquiries. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical information about your visit. We do not send inquiry contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or shipment references as analytics event data. Employee time-off pages are excluded. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website tag. The contact page includes Google Maps, which may receive technical information when the map loads. Our company film is hosted by Vimeo. The Vimeo player loads only when you choose to watch the video and may receive technical information needed to play it. We enable Vimeo’s Do Not Track option to limit player analytics; essential functionality may still use cookies. External tracking and application services may use cookies according to their own policies.
Recruiting text messages
If you choose to participate in Manning Transfer recruiting text messages, the information you provide for that purpose may include your name, mobile number, recruiting inquiry, application status, message replies, and consent or opt-out preferences. This information is used to communicate with you about recruiting and your application and to manage your messaging preferences.
SMS participation requires a separate, affirmative opt-in to Manning Transfer recruiting texts. Providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry or application is not, by itself, consent to automated recruiting texts. Participation is optional and is not required to apply for or be considered for employment. Consent to this program is not consent to another company’s texts, automated voice calls, or call recording.
